The side-release energyPak can be removed from the side of the frame. This enables a more compact frame design, a lower standover height and XS sizes. The side-release batteries are often used on mountain and trekking e-bikes. The total weight of these EnergyPaks is 3.2kg, which optimizes the balance and performance of the e-bike.
