Online shopping charges have changed since Brexit - we provide everything you need to know

 
First of all... 
If you are a registered customer in our shop with UK based address you'll see the prices without VAT (19% at the moment)


Where can you get charged?
We need provide all customs declaration forms required if we as a EU retailer sending packages to the UK.
This means that you may also have to pay customs or VAT charges on you purchase.

Charges will be dependent on the value of the product and where it came from.

Orders up to 165 €
We don't accept orders below 165 € value at the moment.

Up to £135/165€ online order are now supposed to have the UK’s current VAT rate added at the point of sale by the EU retailer.
Anyone living in the UK receiving a gift from the EU worth more than £39 will face a bill for import VAT, at 20 per cent.

You should note, this payment cannot be paid in advance (at the point of sale), and is only levied when the item reaches the UK customs.


Orders above 165 €
Your orders above 165€ will attract import duty.
This charge will range from zero to 25 per cent of the item’s value depending on its declared value and the material it is made of.

Current local VAT (20% at the moment) will then be added to the total.


Further the charges will continue with a courier admin fee. This is typically varys between 9,50 € (Royal Mail) up to 15,00 € with UPS.
This cost can also be for the amount paid to clear the item through customs.
