Which cartridge is installed?
The easiest way to find out which cartridge is installed in your bike is to remove it.
Therefor you have to remove the whole setpost and the hooked cable for the level.
Afterwards you have to unscrew the seatpost at the lower side. For this point you can use a spanner.
After opening the seatpost succesfully you have to remove the cartridge. It can either be screwed or clamped. This depends on the version which is installed. Top screwed; bottom clamped
If the cartridge should be clamped, you have to remove the two clamping screws. Afterwards you can pull out the cartridge downwards.If the cartridge should be clamped, you have to remove the two clamping screws. Afterwards you can pull out the cartridge downwards.
Should the cartridge be screwed, you have to remove it with a special tool and then unscrew it by hand.
Afterwards the cartridge is removed from the seatpost with a special tool.
