How is my new bike packed?
We try to send the bikes in an almost 99% mounted way.
Depending on the category of bike you order your bike can be completely build up and you just have to screw on your pedals and adjust the height or, in the worst case, if you can call it like that, you have to mount the handelbar, the front wheel and the seatpost.
All bikes are build up in our workshop, checked for optical issues and adjusted to perfection to give you a great experience on your first ride.
If the big box is not possible due to shipping restrictions to your country we ship the bike like packed in the video below.
