Schwalbe SV SV15 inntertube

40MM 18/28-622/630
In addition to the quality of the ingredients, the purity of the rubber compound is crucial for the quality of the innertube. The base material is therefore pressed through a total of seven filters under enormous pressure before extrusion. All innertubes are placed in a mold for vulcanization and inflated. This is the only way to ensure uniform wall thicknesses and high air retention.

All finished tubes are inflated and stored for at least 24 hours to test for air retention. Each innertube is then carefully checked individually by visual inspection. From German bicycle dealers the Schwalbe innertube has been valued for its high level of reliability for many years.

No matter whether city or touring bike, racing bike, gravel or mountain bike: the bike tire influences the driving experience on the bike like hardly any other component. The choice of the bicycle tire not only decides how well the wheel adheres to the respective surface (grip), but is also responsible for how easily and comfortably the bicycle rolls. Ideally, the tire combines properties such as maximum grip, high mileage, optimal rolling behavior, low weight and reliable puncture resistance. Sounds technical? Every cyclist feels the sum of these characteristics in a very concrete way: as an optimal driving experience. At Schwalbe, we dedicate our work to this driving experience and its continuous improvement - day after day.
