We are proud to be able to tell you that all of the items in our online shop that you see and can order directly are actually in stock in our own warehouse. This means we can ensure your order is ready for dispatch or collection within less than 24 hours of receiving payment.
Our system works in real time and shows the inventory of our impressive warehouse, which contains over 10,000 items. This means you can always be sure that the products you choose are available immediately.
We are proud to say that 99.8% of our orders are on their way to our customers in less than 24 hours. We will do everything we can to fulfill your wishes as quickly as possible.
Delivery times
To give you an even better idea of our delivery times, we would like to offer you an overview of the usual transit times of our shipping service providers:
Within Germany:
Small parts: 1-3 working days
Bicycles: 2-5 working days (after notification)
In the EU:
Small parts: 3-7 working days
Bicycles: 3-9 working days (after notification)
Worldwide:
Small parts: 5-14 business days
Bicycles: 5-14 business days
Please note that this information is indicative and actual delivery times may vary depending on destination and other factors.
However, we do our best to ensure that your order gets to you as quickly as possible.
Availability traffic light
To ensure that you are always well informed when you browse our online shop. That's why we have introduced an availability light that shows you at a glance whether a product is currently available:
Green: If the traffic light is green, it means that the item is in stock in our warehouse. This means it is ready for immediate dispatch or collection. So you can order it without delay and look forward to fast delivery.
Yellow: If the traffic light is yellow, the item is currently being sent to our warehouse. The estimated delivery time is stated so you know exactly when you can expect delivery. You can still order the product and we will inform you as soon as we receive it.
Red: If the traffic light is red, the item is either sold out or cannot be ordered directly. In such cases, we often offer the option to pre-order the item by email or inform you about alternative options.
Our availability traffic light is designed to help you make your purchases from us as easy and transparent as possible. We attach great importance to ensuring that you are always informed about the status of your desired products and thank you for your support and understanding.
